3. Environment
- Malawi National Climate Change Policy (2012)
- Malawi is a signatory to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). A global treaty with over 90 countries as parties.
- A National Adaptation Programme of Action (NAPA) was developed in 2006 to respond to climate change. The NAPA recognizes rapid population growth and links to agriculture.
